Newly built apartments which offer stylish One, Two and Three bedroom accommodation, located within 300 Metres from Deansgate, Manchester’s central shopping district for the city centre, 400 Metres from the boutique shopping and Harvey Nichols in addition to being neighbours with Spinningfields which caters for everybody's appetite with a marvellous array of restaurants and bars. We are ideally located for attending the big concerts at the MEN Arena, or for enjoying a quiet romantic meal in one of the many hostelries. Chapel St Apartments offer you some of the highest level apartments in the north of England for a daily or weekly rental for your holiday or business needs. Our kitchens are equipped with a range of cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. The warm bathrooms all have fluffy towels, and a heated towel rail. The lounges all have flat screen TV’s with Freeview if you fancy a quiet night in. Our team are contactable 24/7 in case of emergencies or if you need any advice on where to eat, drink or visit during your stay. If you have any other requirements including food and drink, shopping, flowers etc then we are just a phone call / email away. We’re confident, that once you’ve stayed with us you won’t think about hotels again . Notes to guests. A security deposit of £250 will be pre-authorised with your credit / debit card, Photographic ID will be required for your check in ( Passport or Driving Licence), and you will need to bring the card which was used for the booking, to ensure that you have not suffered from identity theft No parties are allowed, you will be asked to leave without notice or refund. A full copy of our terms and conditions are available on request. and by making a booking you are agreeing to abide by our terms and conditions Any Keys which are not returned, will incur a £100 replacement locks charge. Please ensure all rubbish is removed from the apartment and placed in the bins in the basement, also please leave the apartment tidy, excessive mess will incur a cleaning charge of £50. Smoking in a non smoking apartment will also incur a £150 charge. All guests are required to vacate the apartment on or before the checkout time of 11.00am, a late checkout charge of £50 per hour, Min £50 may apply at our discretion All cancellations must be made via Laterooms.com. Please read our cancellation policy Car parking in the basement of the building is available at £10 per night for between 3.00pm and 11.00am, and is operated by a third party car park company. We are happy to liase with the local parking attendant on your behalf, however spaces are limited. Parking is at your own risk, and we accept no responsibility for damage or theft. Alternative parking is also available locally. We operate a Quiet Enjoyment policy, and we insist that loud music isn't played in the rooms after 22.00 hours or before 8.00 hours. Complaints from Other residents or guests will result in guests being asked to leave without warning or refund Please ensure you have read all descriptions and asked any questions before booking to avoid disappointment.
